Starting school is a big milestone for any child — but for families of twins, triplets and higher-order multiples, it can come with a few extra questions and decisions along the way.
Join us for this insightful online webinar, where we’ll explore what starting school can look like for multiples and help you feel more confident navigating this important transition.
In this session, you’ll hear from a panel of experienced professionals, each bringing their own unique perspective on starting school — and how this journey can differ when you have more than one child beginning at the same time.

Dads Night Out: Beers & Banter
The Gov

Join us at The Gov for a relaxed night out with fellow dads—no chaos, no bedtime battles, just good company, real conversations, and a few well-earned beers.
MBSA will be joined by Tim Ginever, SANFL premiership captain, 5AA Radio Host and Twin Grandpa Extraordinaire and Mental Health advocate and Comedian Marc “The Beautiful Bogan” Ryan. The evening brings together dads - especially those of twins, triplets (and beyond) for a chance to connect, share stories, and unwind.
Our special guests will be adding some entertainment from 7:30–8:30pm, with plenty of time before and after to chat and settle in.
Come early for dinner and take advantage of an exclusive Parma & Pint deal for $30, available just for our group.
A drink on arrival is also included to get things started.
Whether you’re in the thick of newborn life or wrangling teens, this is a great chance to meet other dads who get it—keeping things light, supportive, and real.

Multi Meets are designed to create a welcoming space where families can connect, share experiences, and enjoy some social time together while the kids play. Whether you’re new to MBSA or a long-time member, this is a great opportunity to meet other multiple birth families in a supportive, understanding environment.
Enjoy a free coffee on arrival, let the kids explore and play, and take the chance to relax and chat with others who truly “get” the joys and challenges of raising multiples.
This venue is a booked play space but is suitable for parents and caregivers of multiples of all ages.

Grandparents' Day with MBSA 💜
Grandparents (and special carers) hold such a special place in the hearts of our multiples families, so we’re excited to host a Grandparents' Day get-together for our community.
📅 Sunday 17 May
🕛 11:00am – 2:00pm
Bring along the grandparents or special loved ones in your children’s lives for a relaxed afternoon of connection, creativity and memory-making.
The kids will be able to decorate their own photo frame with their grandparents or carers — a sweet keepsake to take home and remember the day by. We’ll also have Roving Coffee s (from our End of Year party) coming to keep everyone caffinated while you chats, plays and enjoys time together.
While it’s called Grandparents' Day, we know families come in all shapes and sizes — so any special carers or loved ones are warmly welcome to join in the fun.

Please select one Family Ticket for the parents and children attending.
Then add an additional Grandparent Ticket for each grandparent or special guest joining your family.
Note that if you're an MBSA member then this event is free for you and your special guests.

Our Annual General Meeting is a brief and informal session where we’ll reflect on the year that’s been, share updates on MBSA’s work, and welcome new volunteers who help make our multiples community thrive.
MBSA is a volunteer-run organisation, and everything we do is powered by the generosity of our members. All committee roles are up for re-election at the AGM. In 2026, we are especially seeking expressions of interest for the following roles:
